Ever since I became a stay at home mom, I cook a lot more. It was also the time that I realized how important your cookwares are if you prepare and cook food for your loved ones. It's highly heat resistant. it can withstand temperatures from -40C to 800C and tolerate fluctuations in temperature (up to 380C), which means it can be transferred directly from freezer to oven or direct flame for reheating, thus saving precious time and energy. - It's still breakable because it's glass so to avoid unwanted breakage, use a potholder when cooking and handling the casserole and its cover.
- Clean right away after use.
- Store in a safe place away from small children.
